Who We Are

Quantum Reality Capture LLC ("QRC", "we", "us") is a spatial intelligence company headquartered at 635 E Bay Street, Suite 1B, Charleston, SC 29403. This policy explains what information we collect through quantumrealitycapture.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit a contact, quote, demo, newsletter, or download request, we collect what you enter in the form: typically your name, email address, phone number, organization, and a description of your project or interest.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how it is used. This includes pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, and interactions with buttons and forms.

• LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel — measurement of our own advertising campaigns.
• Vercel — hosting and standard server logs used for security and performance.

How We Use It

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a demonstration, or send a resource you requested.
• To manage our relationship with you and your organization in our customer relationship management system.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site and understand which content is useful.
• To measure the effectiveness of our own marketing.
• To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

How We Share It

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact details or browsing data with affiliates, partners, or third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: our CRM (HubSpot), form and data storage (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), analytics and advertising measurement (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), and email delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.

Cookies and Analytics

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block or delete them. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics, and LinkedIn and Meta provide ad-preference controls in their account settings. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to contact us.

Retention and Security

We keep form submissions and CRM records for as long as needed to serve your inquiry and maintain our business relationship, and as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention settings. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your Choices

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
• Opt out of analytics and advertising cookies as described above.

We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
